Each employee requires leadership and dedicate them to the product quality management, quality objectives instilled into the hearts of every employee. Mainly from the incoming inspection, production process, factory inspection, service and other aspects to control, thus ensuring the overall quality of the product.
Incoming inspection (IQC): for all incoming raw materials and spare parts to achieve full inspection, sampling, testing batches. Shipment inspection (OQC): shipment inspection is a summary of the products. Through the entire product re-examination of the performance indicators, whether the customer needs and expectations satisfaction. Must be in strict accordance with company policy standards and customer requirements for testing. Do not missed, not handing over defective products, do not accept substandard goods. Factory pass rate of 100%.
Service: the product delivered to the client, our work is not yet complete. Also requires service personnel must explain and guide product to the customer how to use, in the use of the process should pay attention to what the problem.
