How to operate the full motion rolling machine:
1: Adjust the distance. Adjust the three-axis distance so that the distance between the three rolling dies is roughly an equilateral triangle for the rolling workpiece, and turn on the hydraulic manual gear to adjust the oil cylinder nut to fit the plug, so that the rolling die of the movable guide rail just touches the rolled workpiece when it is delivered.
2: Right teeth.
Roll half tooth (i.e. only one section of the workpiece is threaded, with a length not greater than the size of the mold wheel)
1. Use a colored pen to paint the rolling part of the full motion rolling machine, manually install it between the three mold wheels, and use a foot switch to push the movable guide plate mold wheel upwards and squeeze the workpiece.
2. Rotate the pulley by hand to accurately form a circle on the three mold wheels of the full motion silk rolling machine, and then check if the three sections of silk printing are connected correctly. If not, please use any one of the three mold wheels as a reference and then loosen it. The coupling behind the other two mold wheels connected to the gearbox rotates the scale and repeats this process until the three wire mesh connections form a thread mark.
3. After connecting the threads, start the main power and cooling pump of the full motion rolling machine, place the workpiece, and adjust the stroke of the oil cylinder during rolling. If not installed properly, multiple adjustments should be made to ensure that the thread depth meets the standards and requirements. Among them, special attention should be paid to the pressure of the hydraulic pump not being too high, and the pressure should be between 35kg/s to avoid damaging the mold wheel due to excessive pressure.
4. Automatic rolling: After forming standard threads, turn on the hydraulic automatic gear of the full motion rolling machine, adjust the time relay according to your own needs, and freely adjust the automatic rolling and tool retraction time for fast rolling.
2、 Roll the entire tooth (i.e. the entire screw rod)
1. Loosen the two compression nuts on the three bearing seats of the full motion rolling machine, gently swing them by an angle to adjust them close to the rising angle of the rolling thread, and then lock the compression nuts on the bearing seats.
2. The teeth alignment and rolling steps are the same as rolling half teeth.
